Title: Black skys>

On maps that have a area that its "outside", the sky is black.
but on maps that are "sealed off" it has a backdrop like normal, why is that?

Have you enabled any non-default graphics settings, like low-quality sky?

r_fastsky (i tried it and it turned skybox black)

yep, that'll be the cvar for it.
