Title: Level 2 admin, but new computer

I bought a new computer, but I want to use PPNL, Qkey of the previous computer is gone.

can you make me level 2 admin back on my new computer?

Why/how?

I was re-installing windows because it was laggy after I backed up my qkey on an USB stick, so I was on the formatting thing of windows, I kept the USB in and formatted by accident the USB and qkey got deleted too. USB broke too so my USB doesnt work anymore that really sucks now.
