Title: Simple installer for tremfusion + tremulous.

this will install tremfusion and tremulous-gpp with a simple to use wizard.

it may not be 100% perfect but it gets the job done.

NOTE: tested on windows XP, pm me if problems occur on other windows versions so i may patch it.
