I noticed on the game loading screen it tells users to go to trem.net for more information. Problem is, trem.net is not tremulous.net and will take you to some octopus page in Italy. This isn't an issue for the majority of users (people understand what trem.net means) but for new players, this could be confusing and could lead them to the wrong site. I've had one comment on this from a new player a while back (not everyone downloads tremulous from tremulous.net) and I noticed today it still isn't changed.
Could we change the welcome message on the official servers to tell them to come to tremulous.net - or better yet, tremulous.net/forum so we can get all the new players participating in the conversation?
Just an idea!

I stand corrected - apparently trem.net is the new upcoming Tremulous 1.2 official website. Octopuses (tentacle grangers) are coming out as part of the new underwater maps coming soon where humans have scuba-diving equipment and underwater submersibles and aliens have a tentacle grangers and other aquatic creatures. Can't wait til 1.2! :granger:

Haha, okay. Space is pretty limited in an MOTD and I figured everyone would know what I meant but I certainly understand that very new players would not. I'll see what I can do.
