I'd just like to point out that a massive number of people are being very actively discriminated against by the tremulous community, unintentional or not I believe it needs to stop! Look at how the main page is rendered in internet explorer 6! (http://i.imgur.com/5vD6z.png)
I know, I know. It's terrible that such a massive minority (http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.asp) could be discriminated against so actively! Please, vote for change. Vote for the dragoon at the upper-right corner of the screen and cool shading effects to be available to all web browsers, even if they're 20 years old and that stubborn asshole really needs to update their computer some time this century. I think that tremulous.net should be a universally amazing web site, so I beg of you all to hear me out when I say: The website should be ascii only, to ensure all (or close enough to all) web browsers support it. Please, post with comments, or concerns. Hey, why not give out a few alternative ideas? Please note that by posting in this thread you agree 120% to my idea regardless of the contents of your post. Thank you.

So how much coal did you use to load that page up?
Edit: I'm sorry, how inconsiderate of me... Do you have a crankshaft instead? Or pedals maybe?

Hmm seems like you're having a problem accessing the website...
let's see...you're on the right site..hmmm
perhaps it's the web browser, let's see...IE si...wait there's your problem, you're using IE
The internet banned IE from being compatible with sites--i thought this was common knowledge
Edit: found a pic that better explains it
i took the liberty of crossing out all the stuff considered heresy

No, the point is that all people using ie6 don't get to see the dragoon and they aren't going to switch browser to see it. They want the dragoon everywhere.

So ten years ago Microsoft invented the new browser IE, which was already version 6. Don't companies usually start a product line with version 1?

I'm very certain that the first version of IE that I refused to use was 4.01.

Netscape 3 was far better than IE 3. I do remember using Netscape 2 on Windows 3.11.
