Hopefully this thread goes a lot better than the first one. Anyways here's my 2nd frag video it's a lot shorter than I wanted, but I'm making another video and just decided to upload what I had done with this one.

I liked the first one more: more chaotic, chaos = frags, frags = GOOD, GOOD = frags + video.
+1

Yeah, with this video I didn't really want it to be chaotic. In my opinion the quality and the degree of difficulty of the frags in this video are better than the first so I was hoping that'd make up for the lack of "chaos" :)
Jumping down one level on nexus6, and bagging the goon in the process was sweet, and it always feels good to time a mara's jump just right. However, its hard to get better than using your blaster to make the last shot taking down a tyrant. This was still good though.

Yeah the blaster kill with 1 hp against that rant is one of my favs.
I'm not in it; not interested.
Seriously, though, well-made video, nice kills, soundtrack works fine, but the quality is pretty bad in HD 720. And yeah, the quality definitely makes up for the (slightly) slower pace.
About the quality of the video I'm not sure how to fix that, when I import the video to FCP it loses quality not sure how to fix that :/
But compared to some of the other Tremulous videos out there I was hoping nobody would notice haha
And you're rendering it as an AVI (assuming there's any other way)?
I'm just playing back the demo and doing /video with Trem. I have all my Trem settings on the highest quality. I set cl_avimotionjpeg to 1 and not 0 (not sure what the default is) because I don't want the video to be huge. I believe setting it to 0 produces uncompressed videos, which is huge, but higher quality
The default is 1, and the videos look fine when I use that setting, so it can't be that. I don't have FC, so I can't help you.
Yeah, I'll try and test out a few things and hopefully improve the quality, but I don't think the quality takes much away from the video
