Yesterday on US1 I noticed that DCC doesn't give base attack warning. Is this because of new update or has this function been removed?

The building attacked was most likely too far away (1000 range) from the DC.

Isn't there also a duration after attack in which attacks don't trigger the notice? Maybe it had just been attacked recently.

True. The messages are displayed only every 10 seconds.
