I think these ladders are too complex for the engine, aren't they O_o

They're stairs... and their complexity is not the issue.
That problem may be caused by stopping the compile while its running, just try recompiling it.
Also I hope those are detail brushes.

Also may be due to having funky brushwork. Try redoing the brushes that the borks are coming from.
Very nice stairs btw, :D
