Yes
But, the simplest explanation usually being best, he probably just has an inconsistent or shared connection

usually, he moves as normal, but he comes to an enemy base to saw it or is grabbed by basi he begans to "warp" from on place to another
It's quite plain that he hacks. Something must be done about this!

You hush :-X
If anyone is curious about my
hacks lag, see this link for more info: http://www.comparecellular.com/bell-modems/details.asp?PhoneID=1187 I know you shouldn't use them for gaming, but it's all I got :-\
Don't worry, for every lucky escape, I get 2 unlucky deaths. Sometimes I can't even play if, for example, a cloud floats by. Everyone out there with a good reliable Internet connection should appreciate it, and never take it for granted.
I know there are people who will never understand my lag and hate me for it, and I've come to accept that as fact. Sometimes you just have to let the haters hate.
Simmer down, you.
999ms is what enables Lecavalier to be the king of tremulous breakdance.
in combat, one player lags because of something. depending on the engine/game programming, one of the sides (the lagger or the others) will suffer. which one should it be? this is a rethorical question.
Topic should be:
Has anybody NOT noticed that Lecav goes 999 at least 50 times every damn minute?
Eh, maybe that's overdoing it a LITTLE bit...
