Humm... reading this article (http://www.avault.com/articles/getarticle.asp?name=etqw&page=1) you can notice that ET:QW will support the same type of gameplay than Tremulous. Theres two very different teams, so you not only need to play as your best you can, but you need to exploit your enemy weakness and your race abilitys.
A snip of the article:
Unlike other massive-scale war games like Battlefield 2, you really have to think more tactically in ET: Quake Wars because you won’t find yourself with a generic tank facing another generic tank trying to see who can fire faster and more accurately.
Cool, this means that the Splash Damage guys figure out that the type of gameplay that Tremulous / Gloom and maybe other games use is the right gameplay for future games, even more fun than on games like Battlefield 2, that are VERY good games!.
Unfortunally ET:QW dont seems to support our basebuilding based gameplay spice that make the game even hotter :DD
Man, I <3 Tremulous!

You are partly correct... the teams do differ greatly in how they work and available classes. But they are not so different as in Tremulous or Gloom. You have humanoids on bots sides, firearms, medics/techs and vehicles.
And there is a construction component. Humans can deploy defense turrets, artillery and more... Don't know about the Strogg part, but I guess they can as well.
Here are some gameplay videos: http://media.pc.gamespy.com/media/748/748377/vids_1.html

I am a lame ass, can someone explain to me what is this ET:QW? is it a free mod? r a full game? and ET is a free mod or a game?

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is Id's next milk cow of the quake franchise. Focusing once again on team play ID is developing a game that is much the same focus as Team Arena but giving it the normal Quake 2/4 feel.
Strogg vs humans.
However instead ofbeing this uber soldier you're just another grunt with a bunch of other grunts fighting off platoons of regular stroggs :)

Ick ! I don't see how you can compare Enemy Teritory : Quake Wars to Team Arena. Same focus ? I hope not, I want the same focus as W:ET but in the Quake 2/4 universe !
