I like using adv. granger over dretch.Sadly people get pissed at me for attacking with it.I get a few kills though.:)

I can take down the occasional battlesuit with a dretch.  I love 'em.  If it wasn't for the Marauder having 6-7 times the health, I might never evolve.

I once grangered the reactor.
I just crawled into the human base, whole team was bsuits with lucis out fighting. I slashed the dcc to death, took down the armory, and grangered the reactor.

I spectating one day, and I saw the funniest scuffle with an Adv. Granger.  The granger was on top of the train in Transit, and some jetpacker was attacking it, but he was using his blaster.  They spent two minutes shooting peas at each other (and dodging quite successfully) until some monkeys from the human team broke it up with pulse rifles (they still didn't kill the granger).

Grangers are slow, they have really poor dmg, and humans love to kill them. Thats 3 reasons for not using granger in battle.

Just because you managed to killed a very noobish player, or more probably a guy already badly wounded by others aliens with a lucky shot at the right time doesnt mean you are useful.

Grangers are good bait... I've seen some good coordination with a granger spitting at some humans, the humans chasing and then getting destroyed... but other than that grangers should hide... your a big easy target and you get in the way.

While I'll refrain myself from calling the OP a moron, I have to add that it depends whos hands the dretch is.

If you love to walk on the ground, jump, press F so it makes a cute sound and try to take 5 turrets head on....you might as well go with the adv granger since you might get lucky enough to lure a hummie or 2 into a goon.

Adv granger.... in uncreation i can take out a whole base without anyone noticing.
