Hi,
Is the Mac App Store version of Tremulous offical?
-
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tremulous/id484908507?mt=12
is 100% fake and not official.
The guy Javier Chavez has been going around and selling free ioquake3 based games, if timbo and other developers don't want to do anything about it then he'll get away with it.
-
He is selling a free game for $0.99. >:( The screen shots are ripped off from this site and the product description makes you think that he is the developer of the game. (Is he or has he ever been a part of the development team?)
The AppStore wouldn't let me rate or write a review without first purchasing the game. I couldn't find a place to file a complaint either.

I guess the support can tell you where to file legal complaints: http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact.html?form=account&topic=Mac%20App%20Store%20Account%20and%20Billing (http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact.html?form=account&topic=Mac%20App%20Store%20Account%20and%20Billing)
