Does anyone no a bind ware you can get all 4 grenades at once and carry them and throw them all at once? please help me with this if you do.

It's "know" and "where" not "no" and "ware".
"buy gren" - Buys a grenade
"itemact gren" - Uses a grenade
If you're typing in the console (¬) start the commands with a "/".
You can bind a key to multiple command with the scheme: /bind [key] "[command1];[command2];[command3];..."
e.g. /bind f "buy gren;itemact gren" - Buys a grenade and uses it after pressing "f"
I have no idea if there's a mod that allows you to carry 4 grenades but it's not something you can do in vanilla tremulous.

You are probably referring to a feature on server W where you can (one at a time), drop up to four grenades and then detonate all of them at once with blaster alt fire. There was speculation that one specific player was able to buy four grenades at one go, carry them around in the map and then drop/detonate all four grenades at one go. I believe it was only speculation. Remember that, on server W, when you detonate a grenade, it explodes in two steps. First there is the initial explosion, then the grenade breaks into four parts which then detonate a fraction of a second later.
I think it is the four parts which caused the confusion that you could carry four grenades.
Also it is possible to buy items if an armory is near enough. It does not need to be visible so it could be behind a wall for instance. This has further caused the confusion that it was possible to walk around with multiple grenades.
If it is really about W as I think, will be glad to talk about it on xserverx forums.
