Title: Kaiji StarSideHotel ?

Hello everyone. I played Kaiji map more times and I really like it. I ask if someone know who's the owner of this map? I try to find him but no one know.

Text file inside the .pk3 says the author is OFG@VIP so my guess is it's him: http://blog.ofg.jp/?cid=39014
