Blaster Knockback - Idea from Xonotic
Promode Physics - Promode (Duh!)
Modified Turret Aiming - "Realism" idea that obviously failed
Tyrant Charge Modifications, ramp jumps, smooth healing blah blah blah - GPP/KoRx/Tremfusion
Dynamic Lcannon primary Speed - Surprisingly enough, I did this before unv did theirs. Probably the only thing 'original' but isn't now that unv has theirs dynamic.
Dynamic Regen (humans only) - Xonotic
Anti-Spam Blaster - Idea 'Partially' from WarSow's gauntlet gun thing
Flamer changes - Quake 3's Plasma Gun (Wall Climbing/The old tremulous mod for tricks, anyone got its source, qvm, or even name?) + Fixing "Why do you hurt yourself when you touch a wall, aiming away from the wall?" bug
Larmour removing recoil partially - Realism, he's got gloves, why not add a COD-style effect?
Bots crouching/jumping when dodging in combat - Hell, this isn't really much of an idea, really.
I'm not sure if I can remember anything that's "truely" unique from my mod.

just a quick vocabulary lesson.
original does not mean exclusive. original comes from origin. stupid people have misused the term till it is commonly taken to mean something that it did not before. god, do i hate how stupid people have misused words to commonly mean things that they do not.
if you were the first to have this feature, then you are the origin, thus its originator, and your mod is the original source of this feature. now that unv has it also, it is no longer exclusive to your mod.
oh, and one further thing, "bouncy blaster" comes not from xenotic, and not even from xenotic's origin of nexuiz. it dates at least from quake 2. to be honest, i forget if quake 1 had a blaster and if it did, if it had the bounce.

Darkplaces is a quake 1 engine mod, hence nexuiz is *sort of* a quake 1 mod. It's like comparing half life to quake 1 though, the differences are significant. Xonotic (spelt Zoh not Zeh) is still in active developement, actually I think it's moreso than unvanquished is, and I have no clue whats happening with rota's mermen-tan game because I haven't bothered to check their new site yet.
Btw didn't the "new" nexuiz fail horribly? It seemed to get a low score on review sites as far as I know...

by "new", i didn't mean "universally unique or original", but "refreshing to many people playing a specific version or mod of Tremulous"

Notice how Rubuco hasn't replied to this thread yet you have managed to deviate from the purpose of his original post quite significantly. He said he has a dream - Tremulous 4.0 but all I see is a discussion on the semantics of originality and stuff. Seriously, get your act together guys - it's not that hard. I'm making a useful post here so you should too!

My timezone is +8.00 (Western Ausralian Time, no daylight saving)

I heard the console edition nexuiz was an absolute failure. They even received a score of 35/100 on some review site I can't remember.
Xonotic... I usually play on osiris' server only, but heck we have like one game per week. It's still more often then I get to play australian games on tremulous though.

typically, i see US1 deserted, and perhaps 8 people on a server i refuse to play (i will never play on r unlimited cz)
on a lark, i decided to check just now. 0 on any listed server, aside from 8 on r unlimited cz.

If I recall correctly, a few rocket launch failures were caused by imperial engineers vs metric engineers.
Anyway, according to the http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_UTC.aspx website, a UTC time of 2 pm (-4 = ahead of time, say you play at 6 pm) is 10 pm for me. Are you sure it's minus 4? because else I'd be seeing you quite often when US1 receives players (not that it actually does anymore).
Also -4 UTC is equivalent to GMT time, i.e. not in US.
I don't join the r cz stuff anymore because I got bored of the mod, and playing with 448 ping is a pain. According to http://www.ra.is/unlagged/faq.html disaster happens if my ping goes up by 2 msecs.

i am four behind GMT, you are 8 ahead. ay 6pm my time, it is 6am your time, the next day.
and for the record, UTC is not an american system.
