Hello,
I would like to ask if there is any possibility to get some 3D models from this open source game? We are creating awesome website where you can print 3D models with 3D printer, and we need some demo examples. We are interested only in open source game models right now, because of limited resources we have.. I'm looking forward for reply.

omg yes we need this. someone post the model sources.
you should be able to find all the md3's within the data pk3.

If there will be any open source game developers who will be willing to share their 3D models, our company could give some percentage from every sold figure to developer.

Google around the internet or forums on converting quake 3 md3 models into usable 3ds max models so you can use it with your printer. It's do-able, been done many times, we've had a granger keyring already and another guy who's recently printed a dretch (http://forum.grangerhub.com/viewtopic.php?pid=5362#p5362) and a granger. (http://forum.grangerhub.com/viewtopic.php?id=689) There's even been short cinematics (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJM0neZ4-bs) done too.
