here a good place i found that has a HOLE bunch of nice q3 map models

there are some damn nice ones there.

But I've never been keen on the idea of using other peoples models (unless they were made specifically).  I understand that they can be a neccessity if you need to make high quality maps in a short period of time, but I think it's more satisfying to make everything in my map :)
