I know it isnt atcs, but it sure as hell looks like it. Could it be the other side of the base, the outside?

I can't see the ATCS at all in it...but I do think it looks a lot like what the "outside" of Transit would look like...particularily "behind" where the humanseseses' reactor starts...

The red scenery and textures remind me of ATCS, but thats about it. The image is from a guy on bungie's art team, and could possibly be in halo 3.

ATCS 2, the more modern and expanded version of ATCS, and it's still yet to be made! :D
