Has anyone else noticed that laggy players tend to do a lot more damage than they should be doing? I have seen really crazy damage when one player has 250ms+ rate (usually as human).
On multiple occassions, I've seen a tyrant go from 400 to 0 in about 5 seconds from just an unarmoured human with a rifle, and when they have a chaingun it's even faster. I've also seen dretches doing huge amounts of damage when they shouldn't. I was specing a dretch who was walking into these humans, looking directly at their FEET (not their heads) and taking out bsuits really rapidly. I think it's counting as several bites instead of just one, but wasn't that fixed?
Out of curiosity, I was able to duplicate some of this against low pingers with certain network settings. But against the laggers, these changes made no difference. So are the low pingers getting (figuratively) raped by the laggers?

its because their "packets" are getting stuck when they fire due to their high ping. therefore for example:
:battlesuit:<--has 600+ ping :dragoon:<-----normal 70-90 ping
the bsuit fires but thanks to his high ping, the bullets hang there until 200 damage has been given sooooo:
:battlesuit: :dragoon:<---grraaaawwwlllll *dies*

If the server receives a bunch of shots at once, it should recognize that they can't be fired that quickly, so the laggers shouldn't get any benefit from the lag. If I tell the server that I just fired a bunch of fully charged lucifer cannon blasts without any delay, will it work?
