ok im just wondering HOW DO I FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i downloaded it and re downloaded it and installed it and blah blah blah multiple times thats about it im jsut wonder how do i fix this

You should have looked into the FAQ or have searched the forum first. Try looking at this:
