How do you do it? I've asked in everyserver and no one responds to me.

Well like when i'm playing i see people talking, dieing, etc and there names have different colors in them.

i was going to edit this post with my answer

colour codes are :
0:black
1:red
2:green
3:yellow
4:blue
5:lightblue
6:purple
7:white

e.g.  when you place a ^ then a number 0-7 it changes the letters after it to another colour
