Ok well since aliens win so much... I got an idea...
Why not... Give the humans an advantage?
AKA 'The Hunter' Suit...
That can make the human go temporarily blend in with the environment for a quick 4-6 seconds? That would be so useful, it might turn the tides... OR why not... Let the humans build ANYWHERE on the map, without having to get to S2?

aliens don't win so much, it's just because the new players go to humans because they are used to it and good players go to aliens because they like it. But sometimes good players go to humans and bad players go to aliens too.

Lies lies lies! Don't listen to him, he's just an alien fanboy who enjoys the advantage against the humans to win more games than he should
BTW, I play mostly human because it's much funnier for me to dance a kill a Tyrant using the level layout to my advantage than fighting a battlesuit+chaingun were the only tactic worth it is charging and good aiming.

Aliens wins more often becouse playing humans require more teamplay. With teamplay, teammates covering when Youre reloading, some humans toegether shooting at the same alien from attacking alien team You can really take advantage of humans ranged weapons. I've seen some games with good human teams playing toegether and covering each other and (almost) no alien can pass or reach them. On popular servers humans loose more often becouse everybody plays on his own, what works better for aliens.
EDIT: Moreover, when I (or someone else) just managed to persuade my teammates to go out and attack instead of camp (humans team) most of such games was won by humans. Humans in S1 aren't so defenceless, You can kill dragoon even with rifle :). And light armour + bat pack + pulse rifle can make single human very effective :). Problems come with assholes camping in their base until Aliens S3 ;). Although smart use of BS + chain can also harm some tyrs.

Maybe you didn't notice it but pulse is a stage 2 weapon, not a stage 1 :D
And I will be the first to say that Pulse+Helmet is a godsend at stage 2. If humans want to win the game, their best bet is to kill aliens without dieing once until they reach stage 2, and then to rush the alien base with pulse + larmour + helmet + batterypack + grenade. Unfortunately, there is no other valid tactic for them. As soon as aliens start getting lot's of big aliens, it is too late for them and they must wait for the oponents to make a lot of mistakes.

A row or 3 or more turrits, with a line of people behind it can drop any alien in seconds. noobs always camp, and yet thay suck at this? how can this be??

actually, i enjoy humans more sometimes because i enjoy killing those weak aliens fleeing for their lives and getting goons and tyrants :P
but I sometimes play aliens when I don't feel like shooting and when I feel like being lazy and not get intense

Yes, please make the Humans even stronger.

This is just another thread that cries out for ponies...

I'd say, since the aliens are able to get more hp and recover it, the humans should be able to at least have increased hp or something more powerful.

Like armour? Or weapons? Make both available at some structure? We could name it armory?

That would ruin the game.

Only if it needed some sort of powersupply, like a reactor some such.
