Title: Easier way to view bans with !showban

Just for all those of you who dont know, the showbans functionality of g_admin is almost exactly the same as that of shrubbot. You can type !showbans -10 to see the last 10 bans, instead of running !showbans, then seeing the total number, then running it again with some other number to start at.
