You need to work more on your shadowing, and make the reflected light uniform across the face.

By "work more on your shadows" i mean exactly that, think a bit more where to put them and how it looks. For example, you have reflected light on all the face except the nose, which makes it look a bit odd.

I don't draw like that. I draw either cartoonish and mangaish. So in other words, half-cartoon, half-manga.

Nah. It's how to draw crime noir. I recomend it.

Though i recommend learning anathomy and proportions before starting with that?
Not that i'm the best at that stuff, but you cant climb a rope without a rope, y'know?
