That's because it is, it's a joke. It might have sounded better if he had said Microsoft or ID games was suing. This really should have been in off topic, except the joke wouldn't have worked then.

This is just nonsense that only manages to be a waste of time and bandwidth. Bandwidth is cheap, time is not.
