Title: Graphical Performance

Now i have two questions:
1.) I turn the graphics performance on my comp for tremulous all the way up. I see no significant change in the graphics.
2.) The screens on the official website are beautiful (Particles, lighting, textures, etc.) is that because of a super awesome graphics card or maximum in-game settings?
