As a matter of fact, n00b pl0x did use that image as a sig for a short time. At least, he was still using it when I made my reply to his post.

Has someone been trying to hack the forum signature processing? If so, it's now hosed. I put an image sig in my profile today (only 22KB). When previewing a message it shows up, but after submitting the message it does not. Strangely enough, my old messages with a text sig now do show the image.

The sig only appears in the first post of the page.
So people with big and annoying sigs complaint.
That's a good idea, but it isn't implemented correctly. Here's (http://tremulous.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=49764) a page where I have three messages (the first was posted without a sig), and the sig doesn't show up at all.
No idea what happened there, my guess is that you posted the image before making it your sig. Who knows..
