Could i Learn code or is code for tremulosu and all other shit or is it for advanced user??

The  engine that Tremulous uses is written in C. You need to be conversant in C to be able to modify or extend the engine.

If you learn any basic stuff then you can comprehend a lot of C and can modify it, especially then you're learning by example, with the icculus quake 3 engine right there for you hands on.

Download the tremulous source code.

Open your eyes.
When you install tremulous there is an option for the source.
You can re-run the installer and just add the source code.

Or go to the download page.

Or you can search the forum for the SVN link, I'm pretty sure someone's posted it before.
If you're new to "coding" as you put it, then I'd suggest you start tackling projects more suitable to your level...

Start here, http://www.cprogramming.com/tutorial/c/lesson1.html then move on.

First, though, I would suggest brushing up on your english and typing skills.
