K we were playin ATCS The only problem is one admin who is very unfair. The DECONSTRUCTION option was off (it was set off for everyone not just me) and humans had just gotten to stage three. Wanting to build a tesla generator, I used a flame thrower to destroy a turret, just one turret only and nothing else. Before this I had been playing the game and making friends with everyone. When I destroyed it, the admin put me on the alien team which was losing. Getting upset about this I asked why I was moved and received no answer. After the game was over I asked again and the admin said, "because u destroyed a turret like a HUGE noob" At this I became angry because he was abusing his power, but when the next game started I began playing and ignored what happened. I was getting several kills and the admin put me on spectators. Whenever I tried rejoining the alien team the console would move me back. At this I was outraged, because this was a blatant abuse of power. I said "the reason no one like the S11 Server is because of bad admins like you" after this he muted me and gave me a 7 day ban.
The admin's name was:

The reason im here is not that i wanna whine on forums it just sickens me that an admin could be such a power abuser

Lol. Well, Khalsa mostly doesn't care about the bandwidth. He lets anyone direct to mercenariesguild.net to grab maps. It's mostly because Pol was doing it.
Also, stop playing on S11. You're part of the problem.

The EXACT same thing hapened to me!
I psawed ONE SINGLE TURRET to get some bps and " " moved me to spectators saying DONT SHOOT TURRETS
ten minutes later (after i decided to ignore his idiocism and retartedness) he said DONT SHOOT TURRETS again. I didnt argue because I love my ping there and didn't want to get banned
The problem with S11 is that people play there. I took a look through the bans. [SAWTEAM] is not welcome there. Many people were banned for "dont shoot at the reactor" and "dont try to decon the reactor". One of my teammate's stray rifle bullets hit the reactor for it's last bit of hp while there was a goon on top of it and he got banned for "dont shoot the reactor". After that incident i said to myself "this is bullshit", i said to Pol "that wasnt fair, it was probably an accident" i got the following response "i dont care". I'll bet the people banned for "dont try to decon the reactor" were trying to pull a perfectly legal reactor move and mark for decon was on so it spammed "stupidbanreason attempted to decon the reactor"
The one way to fix your problem; dont go to S11.

Let's spam "abuse reports" to pol@s11.info with only the words "pol is the biggest abuser on that server, you should ban the shit out of that noob"

If it really bothers you that much, you can lodge a complaint with Iowa State University. They own the network he is serving on. As I recall from when my brother went there, the student handbook discourages excessive game playing. I'm sure a national game server from the residence halls falls into this catagory. Their Code of Computer use is here-

and also covers this although a little more broadly. But if he uses other players GUIDs, then it is a definite violation of his terms of use of the University's network. There are links to file complaints with the University on that page.

I found something to use against him in my first 5 seconds there:
Circumventing user authentication or accessing data, accounts, or systems that the user is not expressly authorized to access.
That would be linked to the stolen GUID incident.

Let's not forget we haven't yet seen decisive proof of the GUID theft, as far as I know. Unless I've missed something, Pol hasn't admitted to it and Mario's screenshots prove nothing.
And what happened to "if you don't like it, don't go there"?
I doubt you'll get any worthwhile response or change in attitude from complaining, so you have to weigh up the remaining benefits and drawbacks and decide whether it's still worth your time.

Child abuse and admin abuse are two completely different things...besides...I backed up that statement, you, however, did not.

By your own words _I_ don't have to prove anything.
It is you that has to prove his innocence.
Listen up, I don't defend Polly, I'd have done something about (even if I was not involved) the guid-scam. If there would have been hard evidence that it was him. But an IP that was used by Polly is no prove. Heck not even a probable cause without the accompanying log of his provider.
As for your misconception of "Stolen GUID" there has been nothing stolen. If at all it was "only" faking an Identity.
What happened there might be against the TOS or against a law.
But that all is no reason to do away with "proven until guilty" and don't forget the ammendment "without a reasonable doubt".
If you can prove his guilt then I'd suggest you sent your prove over to the FBI, they are the correct contact for this as this was across county-borders.
I'd strongly advise NOT to give Polly any ammunition for a counter suing based on slander. Because that is more easy to prove than a faked ident.

Something on topic: Protected by designated builder = hands off noob! KOCOUR-CZ admins will ban anybody who starts deconning protected stuff using gun/claws.
If something is protected, there's a reason for it. If you can't see the reason, you're not skilled enough to get permission to decon it. Only people who CAN build will get designated.

Most of the time idiots and noobs end up being designated. I can build and when I see a retard building a crap base I'll take a psaw to it and rebuild. In some servers the first builder of the team is automatically designated which doesn't help either!

Next_ghost, argh! This and its related moves drives me NUTS! On a related note, admins who are convinced of their own building prowess. It makes me batty when an admin will denybuild me for building something that I know won't last, and don't expect to last. Something that I build to delay the humans while I secure base. I also hate when I build a small forward base consisting of an egg and 1-2 acid tubes with the purpose of keeping the humans busy for a trip while I move a base and an admin shows up and either denybuilds me saying either "it won't last noob!" or just destroys the egg outright. They then proceed to bitch when the humans easily make it to a weak base.
I also have this problem with a particular trapper location that is close to the floor. Humans ALWAYS run right into it cause they are looking up and/or forward and don't see it. It's insanely effective, particularly cause humans who get trapped by it immediately look up and around. If we kill them quick enough they won't even see it. If they do destroy it, I know for a fact that I can rebuild it before their return and then it will delay them directly assaulting the core base. It's not an SD build location and it will be destroyed, but as a choke point effectively protected by one building and useful against pre-S3 humans (except grenades :P ) it works great. Although it doesn't work against idiot admins. They berate me, saying "trapper never work their!" or "it will be killed!". Ug.

I have played 2 games on servers with designated builders. bother times we lost because of it.
We move base, the builder is at the new base, and we cant decon the old.

At least it's much more sane solution than !denybuild. And mark decon with designated builder looks very promising so far. It'll work flawlessly when it gets dekludged. Stay tuned for KOCOUR-CZ DEV.
Oh, and BTW, many good builders who visit KOCOUR-CZ usually get designated immediately once lvl3+ admins see them take granger/ckit.

I take great joy in deconning in his server, with the knowledge that he can't stop me for shit. I must of been permanently banned about 1000 times from there.
I know deconning is frowned upon in any situation but if I'm seriously annoyed by either a player or admin from a server I WILL decon to exact revenge.

EDIT: You'll all be pleased to know, I went to S11 today and played a game. I remained top of aliens, and pwned Pol and his team of noobs. Not only did I PWN him but I humiliated the bastard too. I'm guessing he thought that if he called a votekick on me, rather than ban me, I'd see how much I was hated or some crap. Didn't work. He called 5 in total, and only on the 5th was I voted off. Reasonless at the time, of course. Lmao, you guys should of been there.

Deconning a server because you don't like the admin, even when the server is S11 and the admin is Pol, is pretty shitty. I hate deconners more than I hate asshole server administrators, Pol included.

yesterday pol was being greedy and was playing 1 on 1s with some guy with like 20 people speccing (i was at school so i didn't worry about guids if it is true) and he muted people for saying hi. me muted me cause i said, "one on one?" people would disconnect and reconnect and get muted immediately. And he really sucked playing. he was mara against rifle and he ran away if he got hit once. he was once goon vs. las w/ light and just ran away. never turned around chomped and killed the guy.
