Title: Messed up text in-game
Post by: ignignokt on March 23, 2007, 11:46:21 pm
Hey.  I'm running Ubuntu Edgy on a P4, with an ATI Radeon X800.  Everything works fine through startup, the server browser, and the loading screen.  Then, as soon as I get in a server, all the text is completely unreadable.  Is it some font I don't have installed or what?
Thanks.

I set my resolution correctly.  Also, can't figure out how to get a screenshot.  Printscreen takes screenshots fine for my desktop or whatever, but not in a fullscreen game.  Maybe I could take one if I set the game to run in a window?  If so, how do I do that from the game console?

hmmm, It actually displays fine in a Gnome session, but not in XGL, which I use.  So if there's a way to fix in XGL, let me know, otherwise it's no big deal.

Thanks for your time all.
