In the MOD TremX Mara's are green(?) [He is yellow i think] LOL

I wasn't in TremX and I don't believe anyone else saw green mara's either.  Otherwise, many would ask other then me.

Know your system and know what mod installs what pk3 :)
Just delete all none-standard pk3 from within your /base.
