edit* and i got balandce mod it says itsd cheat protected and needs cheats on

Dude, for all the languages you learned you ARE dense.
A mod that will only modify the client (like you ask here) is a CHEAT.

Don't use /cg_thirdperson 1 ...That's a 'cheat'.
If you are in a balance server you need to run /viewout  for 3th person
 and /viewin to, well,... :roll:
