i followed the trem server guide but i keep coming up with a pop up saying some bot thingy bad client num .Any ideas?

You didn't follow the guide right.
Double check the game.qvm and tremded.exe versions, and that they are both in the right folders.

do i have to port forward or can i just turn my firewall off?

i'vedouble and triple chcked everything
