it saves alot of time when you are testing your server for problems and setup if u dont like it dont get it simple!!!
DONT FLAME MY THREAD OR ILL FLAME U WITH MY FLAME THROWER!!!!
-
khalsa u must be a 40 year old virgin / nerd / geek who thinks he can do better its my first try at the fucking shit and i dont want u to FUCK AROUND ON MY THREAD I THOUGHT THIS WAS USEFULL WHEN I WAS LEARNING HOW TO SETUP A SERVER AND ALL THE CODE SHIT SO FUCK U
-
actually the terminal has this really neat feature..when you press the up arrow...it goes back to the last command you entered : )
I've had many problems getting my server up and running and literally switching apps to the terminal, typing quit, pressing the up arrow and hitting enter is a faster way to restart the server than navigating the finder to look for a batch file to run. But w/e...flamethrower me all you wish.
I can't do much to stop you =P

I suggest Serverdoc, http://serverdoc.com
$10.01 donation gets you a years subscription, possibly more, donno.
SD :
Lets you start/stop the server from a remote location via webpanel.
Restarts it if it crashes.
Has some other crap, which I dont care about/use.
-
If you wanted to auto connect to a server, wouldn't you just need a batch file containing something like this:
exec tremulous.exe
connect ***.***.***.***:12345
exec aimbot.cfg :o
[/code]

or you could get a server on a non-crappy OS and just ssh it to achieve the same thing and more
