Ok then lets see here, there is no cvar that can arbitrarily set the graphics automatically.
You're going to have to do everything manually.
Q3 console cvars (http://gameadmins.com/modules.php?name=Keen_Guide&op=variables)
You'll want to look under the r_ and cg_ for the stuff you want.
This is not an easy thing to do sorry man. :/
i would think fixing the options menu would be a lot easier than fixing all the cvars by hand
how exactly did you break the options menu?
