Title: Network provider, problems.
Post by: whitebear on April 27, 2007, 02:41:39 am
Well it's been few moths since I got my 8/1mb connection and it worked fine about month. Well then they aparently made some repairs so speed was about 1kb/s up and down for few hours. After that it started to happen once a week. Now it happens every second day and sometimes whole day.

Now my question is: Is there no damn law about network provider lowering your connection this often WAY off the deal?

you are paying for 8/1 right
it shouldnt even go down to 4/.5 (once a week- all day)
they need to repair it. if it is caused by their failure of course

If I would sue them it would most likely cost me more than 1kb/s connection for an year. Geting new connection provider would be lot more easy. ^^
