I got nice internet but i wanted to know how u set the max fps for tremulous, cuz some1 had theirs on 130 while mine is obviosly 90, which kinda sux cuz it made me lose my goon with only 1 evo left. :evil:  :cry:

com_maxfps 200
try to use search function. mostly it takes less time than waiting for someone to reply

Yup, hi vov, that was me with 130.  :D

I'm not so sure what exactly raising your fps allows for except so long as you can run those high numbers your game will play even smoother, but it does not matter if your fps drops to, say, 60, everytime you go into battle. (not even sure about that exactly, just something I heard.)

I'll bet 90fps wasn't the reason you lost your goon...  I have played at 90 for a very long time and haven't had any problem at all or found any reason to complain about it.... but then again.. to be honest i suck at goon.. maybe that is why..

Only reason to play at 125 fps is to make better use of the strafejumping and other tricks like in Quake 3. Someone who knows about those tricks KNOWS how to configure it.

Heh, you bastards.  20 fps set at max.  I need a new computer. :(

Stof, setting the maxFPS closer to the average FPS is for strafejumping/tricks.  Higher isn't always better.
