Pool Sk8ers now letting people in if your not in a clan do not vote PLEASE don't.My friend Ric owns it look if you can join his clan or not

You haven't followed a single guideline, and your poll is baffling.  I suggest you make the necessary changes if you want anyone to join your friend's clan.

You're telling only clan members to vote, so you're telling everyone to vote no.

I'm thinking it's the former.

you didn't read the post :| If your IN a clan dont vote if your NOT in a clan vote what ever you want
