It maayyyy be your DNS cache.
If you're running Windows, click on "Run..." in your Start menu and then type in ipconfig /flushdns.
Tell me if that does it for you.

You don't say.  That's kinda what's supposed to happen.
If you'd rather read the scant output it gives, you can do Run -> cmd -> type ipconfig /flushdns in the new window.
Anyway, I'm guessing it didn't do anything for you , right? :(

Maybe you don't see the servers due to packet loss or high ping...
try setting cl_maxping to something absurdly high like 20000 and see if more servers appear. (of course, you will have to wait 20 seconds before it stops waiting)
are you using a crappy wireless network?

It sends IP's not domain names, so as long as master.tremulous.net works, DNS isn't an issue.

I'll occasionally lose the entire list ("Retrieving -1 servers" or somesuch and it remains that way when I click "New list") and then flushing the cache fixes it.
Since the entire list is lost with that problem, though, I was pretty sure that it wasn't what shade's deal was, since he only loses part of the list.
Thanks for clarifying, Dave. :)
