Here is what I got so far.
Various balance changes (See trem.tjw.org for starters)
Voice-chat menus
New UI features
New HUD
Unlagged, like it or not
New maps
Revised trigger system, including trigger_equipment and func_train.
New building system (Deconstruction)
New models, including the marine and weapons (Possibly Choppers).
New sounds
Post other confirmed features so I can add it to the list.
Feel free to also post and rants and raves about the above, like what you're looking forward too, and what you aren't...[/list]

New HUD. I don't know if that's what you mean by "new ui features," but I assume not.

That's been in SVN forever. You just can't play on 1.1 servers with svn client. :)
New ui features would include; Tyrant charge meter; Luci charge meter, and etc. Also, stuff like the "game" menu is a new ui feature.

I hope they build in a future way to make people forcibly dl a client in order to connect to a certain server. (this way, if there is an update, we dont have to leave people behind)

WOW simply WOW. Love the crazy new marines compared to the current ones. That spaceship looks awesome and I love the new mass driver. But I also like the current mass driver we already have. Seems like a waste.
Anyone got updates on the alien team?

Question: Are all the gameplay changes that tjw posted on http://trem.tjw.org/ going to be in trem 1.2.

none of those changes are final, but that's what trem 1.2 looks like right now (and +goon at s2 is one of the most fun changes, it's mostly because of that change that humans can no longer camp until the time limit)
