i dont know how to make,color.dezign,and form a model can soome one tell me how.....i want to make a model of the lead singer of linkinpark

i know that BUT I CANT GET IN SO I FOUND SOMETHING THAT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SITE SO DONT TELL ME I CAN MODEL!!!!!................................................. ...........all i want to do is being able to make models and that is it ok?

The download is free but the activation key costs $49.99, then there's a $5.99 per month subscription fee if you wish to connect to internet servers. There's no fee for hosting servers on your private LAN, though all players will need their own unique key.

The source code costs an additional $99.99, allowing you powers to distribute modifications without facing severe copyright charges for modifications.
But you probably will not need that.
