Ok... i got a question...

How do you make it so you can see black text on the server, instead of white?

Also, where do you get this thing that you type in rcon pass ONCE, and its all good until you leave the server or something? instead of typing it in 50 times each time you want to use a command

/rconpassword 'pass'

Writing colours:
^x 'blah' where x is the number of the colour (1-8)
Or if you want it in the server name, just edit your server.cfg, and write it there.

Thanks dave... what i mean tho, is

Some servers have it where BLACK color does NOT show, because it isnt visible in console. Therefore all black colors in names show WHITE... how do you make it so it shows black the way its supposed to be?

Oh well... here is another problem I have... should I turn off SV_Pure? and the black names being white still isnt solved... need help please? :(

After a few minutes, i can-rejoin and if I leave, i cant rejoin for a few mins... then i can do it again... and even tho it doesnt do this on other servers, it gives me an invalid PK3 file reference

I'm assuming you are talking about names being black: the server isn't supposed to allow it. What's in svn can be circumvented pretty easily, but there are other versions that people use on their servers which do work pretty well. You are probably using one of the latter and are wanting to use one of the former. (Well, there's tjw's game.qvm.)

You'll get those menu errors if you are using newer menu definitions with an older ui.qvm.

Evlesoa just type /quit in your console than click on your shortcut again, only way I know of to solve the Pk3 thing.

so what do i do... thats the only thing? cuz i only get it on our server... how do I update the ui.qvm then? what do i do to get rid of it?? (besides quitting)
