Title: How do u realease an actully map?

Im thinking and i was done with my map and i want to realease it......how? Suggestions?

Which one is the link to realease the map? 2 of them confuses me...the first one i tried is kinda confusing can ya tell me which link? and when i know what is the link tell me what to do next.... Thx 8)
