Either in data.pk3 or tremor.pk3.

As far as adding them goes, dont ask me.

Oops...

Ancient remains?  It has grass.  You could try opening the pk3 and seeing what exactly it uses.

Rip the ones from ancient remains or temple, and then use the tree planter to smear them all over the place

Guys, i can say w/o opening pk3 - its SHADER. I dont need some 2D-style grass. i need a lot of grass MODELS.

P.S. But... seems no one wanna help with this easy task. Seems i will be forced 2 use shaders

Grass is not 2d in real life, its just very thin. Like a sheet of paper.

that would increase polycount -> grass lag

this is not source engine. There is no way you can do the grass properly with 3d models and not couse lag.

Indeed, there is no good way to make real looking grass without getting a too high poly count. It took me about a month to optimize the grass I used in Ancient Remains as good as possible. However, if you want more dense grass, you could modify the shader, which looks quite real then as you can see in an earlier screenshot of the map:

@ DASPRiD:
When was the last time you saw a tree?  Normally they are much leafier.

(http://img242.imageshack.us/img242/2571/flameshieldbychaosemerafg0.gif)It's lot better than no tree at all. It's hard to make better with q3 engine "aho" -.-''
