Have a browse. The first few are a bit washed out because I tried to artificially lighten them, but I gave up after a while.
No, I'm not releasing, I've had quite enough horribly messy and basically broken mods to my name kthx. The Epic Overmind or Miniturret may yet appear in another release of my mod though.

Im really liking this mod ben.
The thought of having everything much bigger then humans/aliens is great.
I wish you would add that stuff to your mod cause id run it on my server's.

But I'd like to at least get some real testing in, work out some proper values and take my time, this time - because I know now with my mod server crashing periodically for no reason I can fathom and full of all kinds of inadequacies and inaccuracies, patience is a virtue.
Raytray - this is kind of the point. While it would be undeniably fun to muck around in old maps with your new ant-sized dretches, there are countless opportunities for glitchery and getting stuck. It's easy to fall out of Karith's bridge, for example. The maps were simply not designed for it.

consider these early dev shots, a lot of work is needed to make it "proper" small (speeds and projectiles and pmoves, oh my)

Big maps would solve that problem, instead of decreasing model sizes.
(Actual sizes are fine for me though)

What are you running the server on? If it is a mac, try running a the .dylib and see what it turns out in the error report.

It's not a mac and not strictly speaking for no reason - it's just such a bizarre bug I have no idea from where it arises or even how to begin to fix it.

If you decrease the model sizes instead of increasing the maps, the unit sizes will remain the same, and you may have integer snapping or rounding errors along with some forgotten/missed changes.

I wonder, since all of the buildables are smaller, does this decrease lag? Try making your mini base with 1000 bp's and lets see what kind of lag you get...

They're still the same size to you, it just appears that the map is larger, and larger maps = more lag, so this would be weird...

The map isn't larger your smaller..... Could you imagine a transit map big enough to make you see 3 inchs tall? The lag.... *Shudders*
