Title: Taunt command.
Post by: mooseberry on June 26, 2007, 05:09:38 pm
Does anyone know what the command is for taunt? Like what is normally bound to f? I tried obvious ones like taunt and call, but I don't know what it is. If you are not sure what I am talking about, I mean that I wan to know what the bind command for taunt is, so I can use it for another key. Thank you in advance for anyone who helps me out. (And I wasn't sure which section this should go in, so I put in general.) Thank you again.

Uh oh Error: so I bound g to +button3 as a test, and now I will not stop taunting. No matter what I do I will keep going "Come on." The only time this  doesn't happen is when my console is open. I tried unbinding to no avail, still I would not stop taunting. Help??  :(

Type -button3, and then make sure that your bind has the + in it.

Never mind, this is really weird, but I went back to Tremulous to test it out and I had stopped "taunting" it seems that quiting trem solved the problem. Thank you TinMan, and raytryay. Problem solved.

it wont solve the prob. If you press that button again it will start taunting again (unless you unbinded it).

and yes, you have to use "+" and "-" notations when you bind to a key, meaning that on "+" (button pressed) you bind +button3, on "-" you bind -button3

you can also make a zoom with such binds (is cg_fov allowed in trem?).

Nope, cg_fov is cheat protected.

Yes, I unbound it and rebound it deifferently, so everything is fine.
