i have a question : How to make a demo and watch it with Windows Media Player etc. ?? Pls answer me ! And i have a second question : anyone knows how to make a screenshot from Tremulous ? or can give me a link for a programm ?

/video & /stopvideo for a .avi file I think.

For screenshots /screenshotjpeg

/demo makes a demo that can be watched back in tremulous, has better quality and smaller files, and doesn't kill your frame rate like /video does.

Dont use /video. Its known to create broken headers.

Also, /demo is to WATCH a demo. Example, /demo (name of the .dm_69 file) will watch a demo so long as it is in the base/demo folder you are currently using. /Record is what starts making a demo, and then you just type /stoprecord to end it.

record a demo, watch it at timescale .5 and /video while watching it to make a non jumpy avi. As for the screenshots, wow. nubcake.
