Title: sv BadClientNum
Post by: ShadowNinjaDudeMan on July 14, 2007, 05:30:05 pm
Yeah, I got the problem that gets a bazillion hits in the search.
I know that I have to delete some crap servers dump in my base folder, so I deleted some maps and crap that I didnt want, and happened upon these two shady characters:

server.cfg

and

vms-1.1.0.pk3

Shall I delete them, will it solve my problem?

server.cfg got no affect with this (As long as its on client side) and a vms-1.1.0.pk3 is required (There are broken versions of it thu)

if that vms-1.1.0.pk3 is in ~/.tremulous/base (documents and settings/... on win, library/... on mac) then yes.

get rid of game.qvm in ~/Library/Application\ Data/Tremulous/base/vm if it's there, if it isn't there is still a pk3 that has vm/game.qvm in it.
