Does anyone know any servers with TremStats (apart from SatGNU) ?
I like to have statistic tracking on servers I play on - I find it adds to the experience.

Fragify has some sort of stats along with Beer Garden, Potato Patch theres a few more i know but cant thinkof

DarkLurker's Lair.

DretchStorm tracks stats, but you must create an account on their web site in order to view them.

Thats SST's tremstats, and i have customized it in a few ways, like adding a blacklist to filter names.
Right now im working on a little image that you could use in sigs that displays your kills, efficiency, and quote.

A) That's awesome! Mostly 'cuz there's a page about me (hyuk-hyuk). I like to dretch and am t3h suXX0rz. :P
B) Is Tremor the most balanced map? (I thought conventional wisdom held that ATCS was the most balanced map; I'd be interested to know what the trend is on smaller servers - not because there's anything inherently good or bad about large servers, just because I think team size affects map balance).

Funzone has it running, too:

It changes when Build Points changes. So a map could be even on a server with 250, and totally uneven on a server with 50.

Is it possible to host the tremstats from a totally different server from what the game server is on? I ask this because my webserver is on another network from my game server. And if this is possible could someone help me out on setting tremstats up.

ATCS is unbalanced. Symmetrical does not mean balanced, there are hundreds of other factors like the distance between bases, or the number of alternate routes, holes, and hiding spots, accessories like safe ledges for Dragoons to pounce onto, and even the height of the average ceiling or smoothness of the average wall.
Anyway, turns out humans have it their way on atcs because of the very short refuelling trips and very simple map construction. No eggspam here.
edit - as for why tremor is so human, it's generally the lack of decent alien base locations and the inconvenience of the unjumpable walls I guess.

Nope, the stats aren't being parsed anymore until you release 0.9. Too much of a resource hog.

The Potato Patch does have a statistics-gathering "application" running, but it's definitely not TremStats, it's something homegrown we've put together primarly for the purpose of identifying and dealing with feeders.
I'm not very (or at all) familiar with TremStats, but my impression is that it is mostly used via a web-browser. All of our stats are available and accessed within the game.
I don't want to drive the post any further off-topic. Like Rabitt said, we have some sort of statistical gathering taking place on The Potato Patch, if you want to know more, come on over and check it out, or read more here (http://potatopatch.brianmoses.net/Wiki/Mr%2e_PotatoBot).

I guess no one wants to help me :(

Oblivion: Yes, it's possible. The best way is, if you can the parser on the game server machine, and access the webserver's MySQL database remotely. If you want to run it on the webserver, it would be the easiest way to mount the Tremulous directory on the gameserver as directory on the webserver.
-
Oblivion: yeah, as Dasprid said, it's possible to run the parsing modules on the game server and have it remotely connect to the web/database server to update the stats, and it's not too hard to setup. However, if the servers are on different networks, you may run into problems if there are firewalls or routers (that you don't control) between the networks.
If you need help, send me an email and I'll see what I can do.
