1. How do you set up gravity and other stuff in-game on your server do you just type g_gravity 500 in the console or do you have to do it another way?
2. Whenever I change to a map on my server the build points which I set to 9999 goes to 66 and the gravity goes back to default. Why is it like that and is there a way to lock the changes so it doesn't go back to default next game?
3. I need to know how to make a map and what you use and please explain Step by step clearly. Is making a map complicated?
More Questions might be added from me.

You can use /g_gravity if you're on the server command line, use /rcon g_gravity if you're not.
2. See answer to 1.
You must have only set the BP's, gravity, etc for that map. Make a server config file. See here - http://tremulous.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3586

Also is there anyway to download and play tremulous on a game system like Ps3.
-
Hmm, not sure about that. You could try installing Linux onto your PS3, then downloading Tremulous onto it. But I don't know how that stuff works (that stuff = Game Consoles).

tremulous can't work on a ps3 (ps3 linux doesn't have access to the gpu, even if it did there are no drivers for that gpu, even if there were drivers there is no sdl port for ps3)
